The Platform is a research and reference tool for classical Chinese medical texts. It offers public-domain classical texts (e.g., the Imperially Commissioned Siku Quanshu — Medical category) in facsimile and transcribed form, plus AI-assisted research tools.
2. Scope
The Platform is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services. No content or output constitutes diagnosis, prescription, dosage advice, treatment plans, or efficacy guarantees. All content is for research and academic reference only.
3. Account
Registration requires a valid email. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Platform output to provide medical services, violate laws, scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform, commit fraud, or infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Classical texts are in the public domain. The Platform retains rights in text transcription, image processing, AI outputs, trademarks, and brand.
6. AI Output
AI Xunmai and related outputs are research leads, not guaranteed to be fully accurate, and do not constitute medical advice.
7. Modification
The Platform may modify or terminate services with prior notice.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
